2. Subject Matter and Scope

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern access to and use of the website cristemath.pt and the TVDE intermediation services provided by CristeMath to drivers, partners/investors and the general public, in compliance with the Portuguese TVDE Legal Framework (Law no. 45/2018 and supplementary legislation) and other applicable legislation.

3. Services

CristeMath provides the following services:

TVDE driver intermediation: connecting drivers with electronic platform operators (Uber, Bolt, etc.), administrative and fleet management.

Partner/investor advisory: aggregating and monetising vehicles under TVDE fleet leasing and management schemes.

Insurance mediation: obtaining quotes for civil liability and own-damage insurance for TVDE activity through partner insurers duly authorised by the Portuguese Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority (ASF).

Services are provided upon conclusion of a specific agreement between the parties.

4. Access Conditions

The website is freely accessible. Form submission is intended for users aged 18 or over. Submitting a form does not create a contract but initiates a pre-contractual process. CristeMath reserves the right to decline applications without stating reasons.

5. User Obligations

By using the website, users agree to: provide truthful and up-to-date information; not use the site for unlawful or T&C-violating purposes; not attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation; respect CristeMath's intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logo, «CristeMath» brand) is the exclusive property of CristeMath or of third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Portuguese and European intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

7. Liability

CristeMath does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability and accepts no liability for damage resulting from technical interruptions, viruses or unauthorised third-party access. CristeMath's liability towards drivers and partners is defined in the individual agreements concluded with each party.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, expressly waiving any other forum. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes

CristeMath may revise these T&C at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the website. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the T&C in force.
